Key Responsibilities: Technical & Functional Skills

· Implemented and manage network configurations, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.

· Knowledge on DHCP, DNS and IP protocols

· Remote hardware Support: Digital Signages, custom build hardware media players managing Audio Video content.

· At least 2 years of ticket management, ticket assignments, tool configurations, process review and improvement on Zen Desk ITSM tool

· Audio and Video Codecs: Familiarity with audio and video codecs to handle compression, decompression, and encoding processes.

· Good exposure with cloud technology, preferably with platforms like AWS.

· TLS: Understanding of Transport Layer Security protocols and their implementations.

· Experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Apple

· JavaScript:



Possess the ability to read and understand JavaScript code, especially related to audio and video applications.

· Exposure to Confluence Jira tool is an advantage.

· Knowledge on Zendesk AI module is an advantage.

Personal Traits/ Skills:

· Should have exposure working with US / UK teams, with good command over English, both written and spoken

· Good analytical ability

· Skilled in searching in Google to resolve technical issues.

· Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
