Role Description
The StEM Expert and Researcher role is a remote position focused on developing and reviewing academic content in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching STEM topics aligned with specific curricula, creating clear and accurate explanations, examples, solutions, and assessments, and ensuring content meets academic standards and client guidelines. The role involves analyzing educational requirements, aligning material with learning outcomes, and refining content based on feedback from internal reviewers and clients. The StEM Expert and Researcher will collaborate with other subject matter experts and instructional designers to maintain consistency, quality, and student-centered design across projects. This position also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of STEM education trends, digital learning tools, and best practices in content development.

Qualifications
- Strong subject matter expertise in one or more STEM disciplines (e.g., mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, engineering).




- Proficiency in educational content development, including lesson design, problem creation, solution writing, and assessment development.
- Demonstrated research skills for sourcing, validating, and synthesizing academic information from credible references.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a explicit, concise, and student-friendly manner.
- Experience with curriculum alignment, instructional design principles, and outcomes-based education is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, online authoring tools, and basic data handling in documents or spreadsheets.
