As an Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment within the Tube Loading Facility (TLF), supporting the production of X-ray tubes. You will drive equipment reliability, maximize machine uptime, troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems, and partner with maintenance technicians to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Roles and Responsibilities




- Own the maintenance and reliability of approximately 40 production machines within the Tube Loading Facility (TLF).
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform breakdown troubleshooting to restore production quickly and safely.
- Support the installation, qualification, commissioning, and validation of recent manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and sustain greater than 95% machine uptime.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians by providing technical guidance, coaching, and problem-solving support.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, process improvements, and reliability enhancements.
- Support Lean manufacturing initiatives that improve operational efficiency and equipment performance.
