Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of tool room machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Maintain machines such as CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Surface Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder, EDM, Wire Cut EDM, Radial Drilling Machine, Lathe, Milling Machine, and other tool room equipment.
- Inspect machines regularly to identify wear and potential failures.
- Replace worn or damaged machine components.
- Maintain lubrication schedules and machine calibration.
- Coordinate with the production and tool room teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of recent machines.
