Job Summary

The Customer Relations Intern will act as the primary point of contact between .me and our clients/customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other teams to provide seamless service.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve services and processes.




- Assist in implementing customer service initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Skills Required: Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills in English and Malayalam.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Patience and empathy while handling clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
