Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and meticulous Graphic Designer with strong illustration skills to develop engaging and market-relevant designs for stationery products such as notebooks, sketchbooks, diaries, and all paper product items. The ideal candidate should have a keen sense of storytelling through visuals, an understanding of youth trends, and the ability to translate concepts into printable file in all required format.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original illustrations and design concepts for stationery products (notebook covers, packaging, inside pages.)
- Create trend-driven themes (e.g., street art, minimal, abstract, character-based, motivational, academic-focused)
- Translate briefs into visually compelling and print-ready artworks.
- Design character-based illustrations, typography-led covers, and graphic compositions.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure designs align with target audience.
- Adapt designs based on brand guidelines and product requirements.
- Prepare final files with proper print specifications (CMYK,



bleed & resolution.)
- Stay updated with design trends, youth culture, and stationery market insights.
- Ensure consistency in design quality across multiple SKUs and collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related field
- Experience in commercial illustration or product design
- Solid portfolio highlighting:
- Illustration styles (vector / hand-drawn / digital)
- Typography-based designs
- Character design (preferred)
- Ability in design tools:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign (optional but preferred)
- Use AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Leonardo, or any other AI) for faster creative output.
- Strong understanding of:
- Colour theory
- Layout & composition
- Typography
- Knowledge of print production processes is necessary.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in stationery, FMCG, publishing, or consumer
