We are a global sourcing, merchant export, and CDMO organization operating across 15 Asian countries, supplying strategic raw materials to customers in the USA, Canada, and EU. As part of our rapid global expansion, we are looking for high-caliber professionals in international chemical exports and overseas market development to strengthen our exports leadership team.

We work with a solid ecosystem of ~2000 qualified manufacturers and ~8000 products, supported by a dedicated Supplier Relations Management (SRM) function that qualifies and validates suppliers to safeguard the entire procurement process. It caters to 56 industries.

Manager / Assistant Manager Exports

You will lead a team of 5 to 10 export professionals responsible for managing international customers across the USA, Canada, and EU while driving overseas business development and end-to-end export operations for chemicals and related products. This is a leadership role requiring strong people management capabilities along with expertise in global sales, customer relationship management, export execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 to 10 professionals handling international customers, key accounts, export coordination, and day-to-day business operations.
- Drive team performance, customer engagement, business growth, and timely execution of export orders.
