About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success & Product Quality Engineer who enjoys interacting with clients while having a keen eye for identifying product issues and improving user experience.

This role is primarily customer-facing (approximately 80% Customer Success and 20% Product Testing). You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, ensure successful onboarding and adoption, resolve queries, gather product feedback,



and validate new features before release.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success(80%)
- Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation of the platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Understand customer workflows and provide suitable product solutions.
- Build solid relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Track customer health, adoption, and engagement.
- Gather product feedback and recommend improvements.
- Assist customers during product rollouts and new feature launches.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to enhance the customer experience.

Product Testing(20%)
