POSITION OVERVIEW:

To partner with brand teams in generating consumer and market insights that support business growth and brand decision-making. The role will lead research projects end-to-end, engage with external agencies, leverage contemporary research methodologies, and translate data into actionable recommendations for business and brand teams.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with brand teams to identify consumer insight and research requirements aligned to business objectives.
- Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research studies through external research partners.
- Analyze consumer, market, and category data to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Drive adoption of innovative research methodologies, digital analytics, and contemporary tools for understanding consumers.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and insight repositories to improve accessibility and utilization of research findings.
- Act as the custodian of consumer knowledge and facilitate effective dissemination of insights across stakeholders.




- Manage research budgets, timelines, and agency relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery.

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND
- MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institution.
- Additional specialization in Market Research, Consumer Behaviour, or Analytics will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience
in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Consumer Analytics, or related domains.
- Experience with a market research agency and/or FMCG organization will be preferred.
- Exposure to qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, consumer studies, and insight generation is desirable.
