Role Description
The Head of Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the overall marketing function for Nandus. This role oversees brand strategy, campaign planning, and execution across retail stores and online channels,



ensuring consistent communication of the protected-meat promise and product offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing integrated marketing plans, managing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention initiatives. The Head of Marketing will also guide market research, oversee public relations and brand partnerships, manage budgets, and track performance metrics to drive growth and brand visibility. This role includes leading and mentoring the marketing team, fostering collaboration, and aligning marketing activities with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong skills in Market Research to analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and category trends and convert insights into act
