Role Summary

Responsible for ensuring product and process quality for Prismatic
Lithium-ion cells, modules, and packs across semi/automated and robotic
production lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final
Quality inspections as per SOP and control plans.
- Inspect Prismatic cells, welding quality,
alignment, IR/OCV, and traceability parameters.
- Monitor quality at Fanuc robot stations,
automated welding, and assembly lines.
- Conduct RCA (5 Why, Fishbone) and
implement CAPA for defects and deviations.
- Maintain documentation: SOP, WI, QC plans,
MSA, GRR, and audit reports.
- Ensure calibration of gauges, fixtures, and
critical process equipment.
- Support supplier quality checks and customer
complaint analysis.

Skills Required




- Knowledge of Prismatic cell testing,
module/pack quality parameters.
- Understanding of Fanuc robot quality checks
and automated process validation.
- Proficiency in 7 QC Tools, FMEA, PPAP, APQP,
SPC.
- Hands-on with IR/OCV testers, micro meter,
vernier, torque tools, pull testers, etc.
- Solid analytical, reporting, and documentation
skills.
