Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the optical store.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of eyewear in coordination with optometrists and optical technicians.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize stock shortages and overstocking.
- Ensure proper merchandising and visual display of frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and operational reports.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.
- Handle vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of products.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.




- Diploma or certification in Optometry or Optical Retail Management is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optical or healthcare retail industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
