Role & responsibilities:
1. Supervise and assign tasks, provide training and monitor performance.
2. Allocate tasks and monitor workforce performance during shifts.
3. Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.
4. Maintain production records, batch logs, and daily reports.
5. Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
6. Coordinate with Quality Control for in-process checks and approvals.
7. Support preventive maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Preferred candidate profile :
1. Should have knowledge of steam sterilization.
2. Must have knowledge of QA systems and processes to support the QA Manager.
3. Should have knowledge of organic products and processes.
