- Apply technical domain knowledge for the development of recent products as identified by market insights, in close coordination with the Marketing/Sales Teams.
- Synthesis, Formulation Testing of Emulsions for Adhesives especially Wood Working Glues
- Coordinating with Plant for Pilot Trials Production related activities.
- Cost-Reduction / Product Improvement
- Design and monitor progress on application testing of new products and modifications/enhancements of existing products.
- Establish procedures and processes in alignment with ISO certified standards.
- Partner with plant personnel for the successful scale-up of new products to be introduced in the designated markets.
- Provide the support and inputs for maintenance of lab records and related documents in digitize form.
- In partnership with the process engineering team,



prepare the operating procedure and recipe in standard format for issuing it to plant.
- Identify and document hazard associated with Raw Materials, Process, Experimental Finished Products.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in polymer chemistry formulation adhesives.
Strong leadership skills technical expertise is must.

Education + Experience

Masters/Ph. D/MTech from reputed Institute in Polymer Chemistry
Experience: 8+ years relevant research experience
