Key Responsibilities




- Execute daily production activities for structural fabrication, sheet metal processing, and assembly as per production plans.
- Supervise fabrication operations including cutting, CNC laser cutting, shearing, bending, punching, drilling, rolling, welding, grinding, and final assembly.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and resources efficiently to maximize production output.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication details, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with PPC, Design, Procurement, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth production flow.
- Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks affecting delivery schedules.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, welding equipment, tools, and consumables.
