*Join our team as a Quantity Surveyor and play a key role in delivering construction and architectural projects on time and on budget.*

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare quantity estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets.

● Review drawings and specifications and conduct quantity take-offs.

● Manage tendering and procurement activities, and verify contractor and subcontractor bills.

● Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

● Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, clients, vendors, and contractors.

● Prepare measurement sheets, evaluate variation orders, and maintain project cost records.

● Conduct site measurements and provide periodic cost reports, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
