Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales interactions with prospective clients (couples, families, wedding planners) via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person studio consultations.
- Present and pitch photography/videography packages, customized coverage options, and add-on services (pre-wedding shoots, luxury albums, teaser films, live streaming).
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and aesthetic preferences to recommend the best tailored packages.
- Follow up promptly on incoming leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline

Preferred candidate profile

1. Background & Experience
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management within wedding photography, luxury event management, hospitality, or creative media agencies.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end sales pipelines, meet monthly booking targets, and effectively close high-ticket service sales.
- Client Handling: Proven experience conducting face-to-face studio consultations and virtual meetings with premium,



high-net-worth clients, couples, and family decision-makers.

2. Technical & Sales Capabilities
- Consultative Selling: Ability to sell through active listeningunderstanding a couple's unique aesthetic vision and budget before pitching tailored package solutions.
- Portfolio Presentation: Deep understanding of photography/videography terminology (e.g., candid vs. traditional coverage, cinematography, teaser edits, album finishes) to explain deliverables clearly to non-technical clients.
- CRM & Digital Tools: Hands-on experience managing leads, follow-ups, and sales tracking using CRM platforms (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and WhatsApp Business.
