Data Analyst – Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create reports using MS Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.




- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of Python (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, or any related discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in data analysis is an added advantage.
