Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role for freshers, based in Noida, aligned to the US market and night shift operations. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to promote V2U Logistics services and generate qualified leads. Daily tasks include researching target markets, maintaining CRM records, following up on inquiries,



and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal coordination. The position also requires collaborating with operations and customer support teams to ensure accurate information sharing, timely responses, and strong client relationships. Candidates will participate in walk-in drives, and successful applicants will receive a monthly compensation in the range of 20,000 to 30,000 INR, based on skills and performance.

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for US clients and night shift interactions.
