At Magistral Consulting, we’re expanding our team We are looking for a Financial Modeling Expert to work on high-impact transactions with top global investment banks, private equity, and venture capital firms.

Location: Noida (NCR)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain integrated financial models.
- Valuations: Perform DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, and LBO models.
- Transaction Support: Assist in M&A;, fundraising, and strategic advisory engagements.
- Investor Materials: Prepare investor pitch decks, financial analyses, and deal documentation.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of core experience in financial modeling & transaction support.
- Robust Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
- Solid grasp of corporate finance and accounting fundamentals.




- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
