Growth Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing + SEO + Video Editing) Experience: Freshers with exceptional talent or 1–2 years of experience Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (based on skills and performance) Job Responsibilities - Generate quality leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. - Manage SEO (on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO). - Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos. - Manage social media accounts and content calendars. - Design marketing creatives using Canva or Adobe tools. - Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. - Improve website and landing page performance to increase conversions. - Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions. Required Skills - Google Ads - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - SEO - Video Editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar)



- Canva or Adobe Photoshop - Basic knowledge of Google Analytics - AI tools such as ChatGPT - Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills Portfolio (Mandatory) Please include: - 3–5 video editing samples - Social media creatives - SEO or website work (if any) - Details of digital marketing campaigns handled (including internships, freelance, college, or personal projects) - Portfolio link (Google Drive, Behance, YouTube, LinkedIn, or personal website) Who Can Apply? - Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. - Freshers with exceptional talent and a solid portfolio are encouraged to apply.
