UMA Polymers is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the companys financial operations and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance within the manufacturing industry, with proven expertise in financial planning, cost control, compliance, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic financial insights and support to the CEO and senior management for decision-making
- Drive profitability improvement, cost optimization, and margin enhancement initiatives
- Evaluate capital expenditure, new projects, and investment opportunities with ROI analysis
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and timely closure of books on a monthly and annual basis
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and governance practices
- Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis in manufacturing operations




- Improve cost efficiency across procurement, production, and supply chain functions
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital including receivables, payables, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including taxation, audits, and corporate laws
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for smooth compliance management
- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for working capital and term loans
- Lead fund raising, debt structuring, and optimize cost of capital
- Drive ERP/SAP systems, financial automation, and data-driven decision-making processes
- Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounts team with clear performance metrics
