Role Description
This full time Acquisition Manager role is based in Mangalore, TAS and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The Acquisition Manager will focus on driving new customer acquisition for retail and business banking products, including deposits,



loans, cards, and other financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and prospecting potential customers, conducting needs-based discussions, and recommending appropriate banking products aligned with customer profiles. The role involves managing leads from various channels, coordinating with branch teams and product specialists, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The Acquisition Manager will track sales performance, maintain a healthy pipeline, prepare periodic reports, and contribute to local marketing and outreach initiatives to strengthen HDFC Bank’s presence in the region.
