We are looking for a tech-savvy Online AI Instructor / Mentor to lead live online cohorts, build practical workflows, and help learners master generative AI and modern AI tools.

Since IIMP operates as a 100% online learning platform, your primary focus will be delivering engaging online lectures, conducting live Q&A;/review sessions, and guiding students through real-world AI projects.

What You Will Do
- Deliver Live Online Sessions: Lead interactive, high-energy live classes, webinars, and mentorship sessions on our digital platform.
- Teach Applied AI Tools: Train students on everyday AI workflows including ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI content creation, automation tools, prompt engineering, and productivity stack integration.
- Review & Mentor: Review student projects, capstone assignments, and practical exercises, providing actionable feedback during live cohort sessions.
- Curriculum Refinement: Work with the content team to keep session decks, tool demonstrations, and assignments up to date with quick-moving AI trends.
- Student Success:



Answer student doubts on community channels and ensure high course completion rates and student satisfaction.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- AI Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and popular AI productivity tools.
- Online Teaching / Camera Confidence: Comfortable speaking on camera, hosting live webinars, and keeping an online audience engaged.
- Clear Communication: Ability to break down technical AI jargon into simple, step-by-step practical workflows.
- Growth Mindset: Passionate about learning new tools as soon as they drop and teaching them immediately.
- Work Location: Based at or willing to work out of our Calicut office (HiLITE Business Park) to deliver online live sessions and collaborate with the core team.

What We Offer
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 / month (based on demo class performance and tool depth).
