We are supporting the Risk & Compliance Analytics practice of a leading global data, AI, analytics, and consulting firm in hiring an experienced Manager – Risk Analytics.

This chance is suitable for a risk analytics professional with strong experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, model monitoring, governance, and stakeholder management within Banking or Financial Services. The selected professional will also lead and mentor a team of 2–3 analysts or consultants.

✅ Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of predictive risk models for Banking and Financial Services clients

✅ Develop and evaluate models using techniques such as logistic regression, XGBoost, boosting, bagging, and other statistical or machine-learning approaches

✅ Use Python and SAS for data preparation, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, model development, performance assessment, and monitoring

✅ Establish model-monitoring frameworks covering performance, stability, calibration, data quality, drift, and emerging model deterioration

✅ Support model-governance activities, including documentation, review responses, validation coordination, control assessments, and remediation tracking

✅ Translate business and risk requirements into structured analytical solutio
