Role Purpose
Drives electrical, HVAC, and plumbing labour daily on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skilled/unskilled labour.
- Coordinate with the Licensed Electrical Supervisor for LT works requiring statutory sign-off.
- Ensure daily MEP work meets drawings, quality, and safety standards.
- Report progress to the MEP Engineer / Manager.
- Maintain tool and material readiness at the workface.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical trades, or equivalent site experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising MEP site labour.
- Healthcare or hospital site experience a plus.
Key Skills
Electrical/HVAC/plumbing site know-how, labour supervision, safety compliance.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
