- NABH Compliance: Implement and monitor nursing SOPs, infection control protocols, and quality care indicators.
- Staff Management: Oversee duty rosters, shift allocations, manpower planning, and performance appraisals for the nursing team.
- Patient Care: Conduct daily clinical rounds to ensure high-quality care, patient safety, and quick resolution of grievances.
- Training & Development: Coordinate induction programs for recent nurses and conduct Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) sessions.
- Incident Management: Oversee incident reporting, root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the main liaison between hospital management, doctors, and nursing staff.
Pay: ₹15,956.24 - ₹25,000.00 per month
