Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with 512 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating IT/ITES and technology-related contracts. The role involves providing legal support for commercial transactions, managing contractual risks, ensuring compliance, and supporting business teams in contract negotiations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate IT and commercial contracts.
- Handle agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, procurement, reseller, and partnership agreements.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support business teams during contract negotiations and execution.
- Assist in updating legal templates, policies, and contractual documents.





Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
- 12-15 years of experience in IT/technology contract review and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and technology contracts.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage contract negotiations.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in IT/ITES, outsourcing, technology licensing, or managed services contracts.
- Exposure to global commercial agreements and AI-related contracts.
