• End-to-end Payroll Processing
• Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
• Payroll Taxation, TDS & Form 16
• Salary Structuring & Payroll Reporting
• Full & Final Settlements
• Employee Payroll & Compliance Support
Preferred candidate profile
3-4 years of relevant Payroll & Compliance experience
Hands-on experience with GreytHR, Keka, or similar HRMS platforms
Robust knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
Advanced MS Excel skills
