Carnival Farms is seeking an experienced
General Manager
to lead the operations, commercial growth and guest experience of Patna’s European-inspired luxury resort.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hospitality qualified who can transform every visit, stay, celebration and dining experience into a distinctive expression of luxury.

The General Manager will oversee a diverse resort ecosystem comprising cottages, event venues, landscaped lawns, restaurants, café experiences, poolside spaces, weddings, corporate retreats and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete operational and commercial performance of Carnival Farms
- Position the property as Patna’s leading luxury resort and celebration destination
- Oversee rooms, food and beverage, banquets, events, housekeeping, engineering, security and guest services
- Build a culture of personalised hospitality and exceptional attention to detail
- Establish luxury service standards across every department
- Drive revenue across stays, weddings, celebrations, dining and corporate events




- Develop annual budgets, forecasts and department-wise targets
- Monitor occupancy, banquet conversions, outlet performance, costs and profitability
- Lead and mentor the property’s senior management and departmental teams
- Ensure seamless execution of destination weddings and large-format events
- Strengthen guest satisfaction, online reputation and repeat visitation
- Build relationships with wedding planners, luxury travel partners, corporate clients and hospitality networks
- Coordinate closely with ownership on business strategy and property development
- Ensure compliance with operational, safety, legal and hospitality standards
- Support sales and marketing teams with packages, experiences and conversion strategies

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business Administration
- 12–18 years of hospitality experience
- Minimum 4–5 years in a senior lea
