We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Lab Superintendent to join our team at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and manage all laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new projects and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and facilities,



including budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with university policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to laboratory operations.
