Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Marketing Manager in Kolkata to drive Marketing Communications (MarCom) and Business Development. You will lead campaign strategies, acquire corporate accounts, oversee project P&L;, and ensure flawless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Communications (MarCom): Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, experiential) to maximize brand reach, positioning, and post-event ROI.
- Business Development & Revenue: Identify growth opportunities, lead client pitches/RFPs, expand corporate accounts, and drive revenue.




- Event Operations & P&L;: Oversee end-to-end event planning, budget management, project profitability, and vendor negotiations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead cross-functional marketing and execution teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

Desired Profile
- Education: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in MarCom, Business Development, and Event Management (Agency experience preferred).
- Skills: MarCom campaign planning, B2B sales/pitching, vendor negotiation, budget management, and team leadership.
