Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based at our Bubble Bear Tea location in Vasant Vihar. The Customer Service Representative will greet guests, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and handle payments at the counter or register. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring that guests receive timely and courteous service.



The role also involves addressing customer concerns, supporting smooth queue management, and collaborating with team members to achieve consistent service standards. The Customer Service Representative is expected to follow company policies, uphold food safety guidelines, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
