Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
- Experience in any of the sectors listed BFSI, Banking and NBFC etc Domain Knowledge The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking OR Consulting industry. Specifically in areas such as Corporate, SME, Retail Banking, Digital Banking and Operations. Sound understanding of the financial services (banking) market and regulatory environment in India Additional experience in payments / remittances and working knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable Other Skills In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking industry Expertise in areas such as Go to Market Strategy /Business planning / hands on experience of performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development Excellent oral and written communication skills Valuable leadership qualities Client relationship management and account management skills.
