Job Description:

Looking for experienced SMT Operators to join our Electronics Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SMT assembly operations and machine handling.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate SMT assembly machines and perform end-to-end production activities.
- Handle Pick & Place machines such as NXT and AIMEX-III.
- Create, modify, and manage machine programs as per production requirements.
- Perform component teaching, loading, and unloading activities.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
- Analyze machine errors, identify root causes, and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.

Required Skills




- Experience in SMT Assembly Line Operations.
- Hands-on experience with NXT and AIMEX-III Pick & Place Machines.
- Knowledge of SMT machine programming and setup.
- Component teaching, feeder setup, and machine operation skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
- Understanding of electronic components and PCB assembly processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in SMT Manufacturing/Assembly.
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment.
