Position:
Agri Advisor

Role & Responsibilities:

* Provide crop-specific technical guidance to farmers

* Diagnose pest and disease issues and suggest suitable solutions

* Recommend appropriate fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs

* Handle farmer queries through calls

* Explain product usage, dosage, and benefits clearly

* Maintain farmer records, call logs, and follow-up details

* Support sales growth through accurate technical advisory

* Ensure high farmer satisfaction and timely problem resolution

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Horticulture / Agri Diploma or related qualification

* Robust knowledge of crop production, pest management, and fertilizers

* Excellent communication skills (Marathi language compulsory)

* Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

* Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, Calling Tools)
