The Senior IT Analyst (Band 3) is a seasoned functional IT skilled responsible for
end‑to‑end ownership of SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management capabilities
, with deep expertise in
Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
and
Inventory Management (IM)
.

This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders to
design, configure, deploy, and support warehouse solutions
across global distribution and manufacturing environments. The analyst will play a critical role in
S/4 deployments, rollouts, and transformations
, ensuring fit‑to‑standard solutions, operational stability, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Solution Ownership & Delivery
- Own the end‑to‑end functional responsibility for SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) solutions, including inbound, outbound, internal movements, inventory visibility, and warehouse execution.
- Lead fit‑to‑standard (FTS) workshops and translate business requirements into solution blueprints, functional design documents (FDDs), and configuration.




- Configure and deploy SAP S/4 WM/EWM capabilities leveraging standard functionality and SAP Fiori apps, minimizing custom development.
- Support full lifecycle S/4 deployments, including blueprint, realization, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.

Deployment, Testing & Cutover
- Drive and support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution for warehouse processes.
- Partner with Data, Integration, and Technical teams to ensure accurate data migration, interface readiness, and stable integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
- Actively participate in cutover planning and execution, ensuring warehouse operations are fully supported during go‑live.

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide production support for warehouse processes, including root cause analysis, incident resolution, and system stabilization.
