- Data management
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow‑ups in CRM tools or spreadsheets. Update customer databases regularly.
- Follow‑ups
Ensure timely callbacks, confirm issue resolution, and nurture leads until they convert into customers or students.
- Feedback collection
Conduct surveys, gather customer insights, and report recurring issues or suggestions to management.
