Requirement Understanding - Analyze project requirements and client needs. - Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope, effort, and feasibility. - Translate client requirements into clear project understanding documents. Proposal Writing & Submission - Prepare customized and compelling proposals tailored to client requirements. - Highlight company capabilities, case studies, and relevant experience. - Follow up with clients to maximize response rates and conversions. - Handle project discussions and initial negotiations. Profile & Account Optimization - Optimize company profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms. - Improve profile visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.



- Maintain portfolios, project descriptions, case studies, and service offerings. - Continuously update profiles with recent work and client success stories. Connect & Bid Strategy Management - Strategically manage Upwork Connects and bidding budgets. - Identify high-conversion opportunities. - Track proposal performance and optimize bidding strategies. - Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes. CRM & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and project status. - Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports. - Track key metrics including proposal-to-interview ratio, win rate, and revenue generated.
