About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition & Growth Specialist to accelerate the growth of our SaaS products, AI solutions, software development services, and technology consulting business.

This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified opportunities, conducting discovery meetings, managing the complete sales cycle, and converting leads into long-term customers.

You will collaborate closely with founders, product teams, marketing, and delivery teams to build a scalable customer acquisition engine across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire current B2B and B2C customers.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Conduct market research to identify potential industries and prospects.
- Prospect using LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop strategic outreach campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct client discovery meetings.
- Qualify leads using structured qualification frameworks.
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead information.

2. SaaS Sales
- Sell SaaS subscriptions to businesses.
- Demonstrate product value to prospective customers.
- Conduct online product demonstrations.
- Explain pricing models and subscription plans.
- Handle objections professionally.
- Negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert trial users into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly SaaS revenue targets.
