Position Overview

Pallavi International School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Assistant Pre-Primary Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating a protected, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate patience, creativity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities.

* Support classroom management while maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.

* Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and school events.

* Help prepare teaching aids, classroom displays, learning materials, and activity resources.

* Encourage children's cognitive, social, emotional, language,



and physical development through interactive learning.

* Observe and report students' progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to the Lead Teacher.

* Assist children with daily routines, including hygiene, snack time, and transitions between activities.

* Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, safe, and child-friendly at all times.

* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

* Support school events, celebrations, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

* Follow all school policies, child safety guidelines, and safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

Graduation (Mandatory)

ECCEd / NTT / Montessori Training (Preferred)

B.Ed. is an added advantage
