Role and Responsibilities

Come join Loti AI in our office Vadodara Loti is growing and is looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder and CTO and do whatever is necessary to keep the entire company happy, productive and growing the business.
- Provide administrative support to Loti’s senior executives. Represent the Executive Offices with poise, grace and utmost professionalism.
- Partner with Loti’s EA in the US (Pacific time zone), customers, employees, and management team all over the world. Manage scheduling of Board meetings, customer meetings, executive staff meetings, off-sites, dinners, events, and speaking engagements.
- Ensure that all logistics are handled including facilities, A/V, security and catering requirements with focus on effective time management.
