*Sales Officer need to build and develop good relation with customers and cater their gold loan needs according the requirement*
*Need to sustain long-lasting relations with customers to focus more renewals of loan.*
*Promotional Activities*
*Need to generate more business for team by conducting promotional activities like distribution of leaflet, canopy activity, ATM activities*
*Need to conduct activities in residential & industrial places to create awareness of Gold loan amongst people. Cross Selling*
*Login FTR files at Local Ops/RAOPS*
*Follow up with the Local Ops/RAOPS and ensure all cases are disbursed timely and not screwed towards the end of the month.
