The Senior Manager ? Regional Training Manager will be based out
of Mumbai/Delhi and will lead training delivery across multiple
branches in the assigned region. The role is responsible for
strengthening employee capability through functional, behavioural, and digital
learning interventions. The position requires solid facilitation skills
(classroom and virtual), content creation capability, and proven experience
within the financial
services industry .

*Key Responsibilities*

Training Delivery Facilitation

Conduct
Induction, Refresher, Functional, Product, and Behavioral training sessions for
employees.

o??
Facilitate
training for customers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when required.

o??
Deliver learning
effectively across both classroom and virtual (VILT)
formats.

o??




Travel across the
region to support branches, conduct sessions, and ensure consistent training
delivery.

o??
Partner with
branch leadership to identify gaps and recommend suitable training
interventions.

Digital Learning Content
Creation ? only behaviroal compliance

Create clear,
engaging training material?presentations, guides, short videos, assessments,
and simple digital modules.

o??
Refresh and
modernize existing content so it is easy to understand and accessible in
digital formats.

Use tools like Canva
and other AI-based
tools to improve the quality, design, and delivery of learning
material.

o??
Support
Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs by preparing easy-to-use content and helping
design smooth digital learning experiences.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with
Product Managers, SMEs, Operations, HR, and internal trainers to ensure
