The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery for India entities, ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, employee satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What the role offers:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for India employees.
- Coordinate payroll activities with ADP, HR, Finance, Compensation and Benefits teams.
- Ensure compliance with EPF, EPS, EDLI, PT, TDS and labour regulations.
- Manage EPFO lifecycle activities from hire to retirement.
- Manage end-to-end activities related to Employee Gratuity Trusts.
- Support year-end tax reporting and Form 16 activities.
- Participate in payroll transformation and system implementation projects.
- Support SOX, IFC, COSO and statutory audits.

What you need to succeed:
- Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, HR or related discipline.
- 810 years of progressive India payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience in EPFO administration, pension compli
