We are hiring a TM Utility Operations for one of India's leading integrated manufacturing projects. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in continuous process industries who have strong exposure to utility operations, process safety, DCS monitoring, and shift management.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise utility plant operations during the assigned shift.
- Monitor field and panel operations using DCS to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.
- Coordinate daily shift activities and ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
- Plan and execute maintenance jobs by ensuring proper isolation, draining, purging, and permit compliance.
- Support emergency handling and plant restoration during operational upsets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and operational standards.




- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain operational logs, shift reports, and performance records.
- Drive process improvements while ensuring maximum plant reliability and safety.
- Lead field teams and ensure safe execution of operational activities.
