Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish content that tells our brand story in fresh, engaging ways
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and culture, and translate them into content ideas for LOT
- Experiment relentlessly with current formats, hooks, and storytelling styles to see what resonates
- Collaborate with the creative team (design, video, copy) to bring content ideas to life (if you know how

to shoot and edit, that's a plus)
- Track performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand posting across channels
