A Store Executive manages daily warehouse or retail store operations, focusing on accurate inventory control (receiving, storage, and issuance), system entries, and maintaining safety standards. Key duties include verifying incoming materials against purchase orders, conducting physical stock audits, preparing reports, and optimizing storage.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Perform daily inward/outward material movements, ensuring accurate physical and system (ERP/Excel) entries.
- Receiving & Inspection: Receive, unload, and inspect raw materials, consumables, or finished goods against invoices and purchase orders.
- Storage Management: Organize, preserve, and secure materials in designated warehouse areas according to safety and 5S standards.
- Reporting & Auditing: Conduct regular stock-taking (monthly/annually), reconcile inventory, and prepare MIS reports on stock levels.
- Issuance: Dispatch goods promptly to departments or customers while maintaining proper documentation.
- Compliance:



Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and, if applicable, ISO standards.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Engineering/Logistics, or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehousing.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems .
- Physical Strength: Ability to handle, lift, and move materials.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
