B. About the Role:
- We are looking for a high-ownership HR Operations professional to anchor and continuously strengthen our people processes in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role will drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, ensure 100% compliance, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver a seamless employee experience.

C. Detailed expectations from the role:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management:
Prepare and execute the various employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit) with strong process discipline.
- Help in the execution of seamless onboarding experience aligned with business expectations
- Ensure timely issuance of all employment documentation (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfers, exits)
