Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tender activities through GEM Portal and other e-procurement platforms.
- Prepare, review, and compile all tender-related documents, technical specifications, compliance sheets, and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, finance, technical, and legal teams for timely collection of required documents and approvals.
- Track tender notices, corrigendums, bid deadlines, and submission schedules to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Handle online bid submissions, EMD processing, vendor registrations, and post-bid clarifications.
- Maintain tender trackers, bid status reports, MIS, and documentation records for future reference and audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to timelines, compliance requirements, and company SOPs while handling multiple tenders simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- 6–7 years of relevant experience in tender management, preferably in government, EPC, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Solid hands-on experience in GEM Portal and e-tendering platforms.
- Expertise in document preparation, compliance management, and bid submission.
- Strong knowledge of government tendering procedures and bidding processes.
- Excellent time management and deadline handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments for quick document closure.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and documentation accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
